Do I need YouTube or Vimeo to host my videos?
On Starter, yes — each lesson links a video you host on YouTube or Vimeo (unlisted works fine). On Pro you upload lesson files straight into Store.Fan and we host, encode and stream them, so your content never lives on a public video platform.
Can students download my videos?
No — lessons play inside the course player behind purchase-gated access. Videos we host on Pro stream only; attached materials (worksheets, PDFs) are downloadable by design.
How do course reviews work?
After buying, students can rate your course 1–5 stars with a comment right from the player. You see every review in your dashboard and can post a public reply. Ratings build social proof for future buyers.
Can I update a course after people bought it?
Yes — add or reorder lessons anytime. Every student, past and future, sees the updated course immediately.
