Digital Downloads — common questions.
What can I sell as a digital download?
Anything digital: e-books, guides, presets, LUTs, templates, spreadsheets, sample packs, wallpapers, patterns, plans. If it's a file, you can sell it.
How do buyers receive the file?
Immediately after checkout they see a download button, and the same secure link lands in their email. Links are tokenized and expire, so files can't be scraped or shared publicly.
Are there file size limits?
Files up to several GB are supported and delivered from fast global storage. Video products are better sold as a hosted course, which streams instead of downloads.
What does it cost per sale?
Store.Fan takes 0% on paid plans. You only pay your payment processor's standard rate (roughly 2.9% + 30¢ on Stripe).
