›Do you calculate shipping costs?
No — and we say that up front rather than shipping a half-built rate engine. Two approaches work well: fold postage into the price so the number a buyer sees is the number they pay, or add a dropdown to the order form (“UK — £3.50”, “Europe — £7”, “Rest of world — £12”) and charge the item plus the option. Both take about a minute to set up.
›Where do I see the buyer's address?
On the order in your dashboard, and in the notification email that arrives the moment someone buys. It's stored as a clean block — name, street, apartment, city, state, postcode, country — so you can copy it straight onto a label or into your carrier's website.
›Can I sell physical and digital together?
That's the point. One link, one checkout, one payout. A ceramicist sells mugs and a glazing guide; a musician sells vinyl and the sample pack. Digital items deliver themselves instantly; physical ones give you the address and wait for you to post them.
›What about stock, variants and returns?
Sizes, colours and finishes work today as order-form questions (a dropdown or multiple choice on the product). There's no automatic stock counter yet — makers usually unpublish an item when a batch sells out, which is one toggle. Refunds are one tap from the order, and your own returns policy lives on your terms page.
