Can I import my customers from another platform?
Yes. Export a CSV from Stan Store, Beacons, Linktree, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Gumroad, Shopify, Etsy, Ko-fi, Payhip, Podia, Substack, Klaviyo, PayPal, WooCommerce or anything else, and paste or upload it. We detect the format, find the email column and map names automatically — you don't reformat anything.
What if my file has a weird layout?
It still works. We handle commas, semicolons and tabs, quoted fields, files with no header row, and even loose text pasted from an email. If a column contains email addresses, we'll find it.
Are duplicates a problem?
No. Duplicates inside the file and people already on your list are detected and skipped, and the import summary tells you exactly how many of each there were.
Is importing allowed on any list?
Only lists where those people agreed to hear from you — you confirm this explicitly before importing. Buying or scraping a list damages email delivery for every creator on Store.Fan and can get an account suspended.
Can free accounts see and export their contacts?
Yes. Lead capture is free on every plan, so the list you collect is visible and exportable on Free too. Sending campaigns to that list is what needs Pro.
