Creator Affiliate Program Terms

Version 2026-08-12 · Operated by Premiums Only LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada · [email protected]

If you run a program

You set the commission and pay it out of your own sale proceeds. Store.Fan deducts each commission from that payment and sends it straight to the affiliate's connected Stripe account. If you refund the order or lose a dispute, the commission is pulled back from the affiliate automatically. You are responsible for what your affiliates say about you.

If you promote one

You earn the commission shown on a sale you referred, paid into your own Stripe account after the buyer pays. Commissions are provisional: a refund, chargeback or fraud finding reverses them. You must disclose that your links are affiliate links, and you may not bid on the creator's brand terms, spam, self-refer, or promise anything the creator hasn't.

These summaries are for convenience only. The numbered sections below are the binding terms and control if there is any difference.

1. What this agreement covers

These Creator Affiliate Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern creator-run affiliate programs on Store.Fan, operated by Premiums Only LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Store.Fan,” “we,” “us”).

A Creator is a Store.Fan account holder on the Pro plan who opens a program for their own products. A Partner is any Store.Fan account holder — on any plan, including Free — who joins a Creator's program to promote that Creator's products for a commission.

These Terms supplement the Store.Fan Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. They are separate from the Store.Fan Affiliate Program Terms, which cover referring new creators to Store.Fan itself. Participating in one program does not enrol you in the other.

2. Store.Fan's role

Store.Fan provides the software that records referrals, calculates commissions and moves money. Store.Fan is not a party to the relationship between a Creator and a Partner, does not employ Partners, and does not guarantee any level of sales, traffic or earnings.

The commission is funded entirely by the Creator out of the proceeds of the referred sale. Store.Fan does not add to it, and takes no additional fee for operating the program beyond the platform's normal pricing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Both Creator and Partner must have a Stripe account connected to Store.Fan and in good standing to send or receive money. Stripe's own terms apply to those accounts.

3. Setting and changing commissions

The Creator sets a program-wide commission rate and may set a different rate on any individual product, or a different rate for an individual Partner. Rates are a percentage of the item price actually paid, after any discount code, and exclude delivery charges and sales tax.

A rate change applies only to sales made after the change. Every commission is calculated and frozen at the moment the buyer pays, so a Creator cannot retroactively reduce — and a Partner cannot retroactively increase — what was already earned.

A Creator may pause the program, remove a product from it, or end a Partner's participation at any time. Commissions already earned on completed, non-refunded sales survive that change.

4. Attribution

A referral is recorded when a visitor arrives at the Creator's storefront through a Partner's link and later buys from that same Creator. Attribution is stored in the visitor's browser and lasts for the window the Creator chose, measured from the most recent qualifying click. Where two Partners of the same Creator both have a claim, the most recent click wins.

Attribution depends on the visitor's browser accepting and keeping the record. Cleared storage, private browsing, a different device, a blocked script, or a purchase made outside the referred browser session may mean no commission is recorded. That is a limitation of the technology, not a breach of these Terms, and no commission is owed for a sale that was not recorded.

A Partner earns on the Creator's products only. Referrals of Store.Fan subscriptions are governed by the separate Store.Fan Affiliate Program Terms.

5. How and when Partners are paid

When a referred order is paid, Store.Fan deducts the commission from that payment and transfers it to the Partner's connected Stripe account. The Creator receives the remainder. No commission is ever taken from an unpaid, cancelled or free order.

Transfers are attempted as soon as the payment settles. If a transfer cannot be completed — most often because the Partner has not finished Stripe onboarding, or because the funds have not cleared yet — the commission is held as pending and retried automatically. A pending commission is an obligation of Store.Fan to the Partner, not of the Creator.

A Partner who never completes Stripe onboarding cannot be paid. Commissions unclaimed for twelve months after they are earned may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals

A commission is earned only on money that is kept. If a referred order is refunded in whole or in part, or is charged back, disputed, or reversed for any reason, the matching commission is reversed in the same proportion and returned to the Creator's side of the transaction.

Reversal is automatic and may take the money back out of the Partner's Stripe balance, including after it has been paid. If the Partner's balance is insufficient, the amount becomes a debt to Store.Fan and may be recovered from future commissions.

Store.Fan may hold, delay, reverse or refuse any commission it believes in good faith to be connected to fraud, abuse, self-dealing, stolen payment credentials, or a breach of these Terms.

7. Partner conduct

Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose that their links are affiliate links wherever they are shared, in the manner required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent law that applies to them.

The following are prohibited: buying from your own link or arranging for someone to do so on your behalf; using a discount, cashback or incentive the Creator has not authorised; unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages or comment spam; impersonating the Creator or Store.Fan; bidding on the Creator's or Store.Fan's brand names in paid search; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects or any other technique that records a click the visitor did not make; making earnings, medical, legal or financial claims the Creator has not made; and promoting through content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise in breach of the Store.Fan Terms of Use.

A Partner may not represent themselves as an agent, employee or partner of the Creator or of Store.Fan, and may not enter into obligations on their behalf.

8. Creator responsibilities

The Creator remains the seller of record for every referred sale and is responsible for the product, its delivery, its description, its refund policy, and for any claim made about it — including claims made by their Partners once the Creator becomes aware of them.

The Creator must set commission rates they can actually afford after payment processing costs, and must not use the program to disguise a price the buyer is not shown.

A Creator whose Store.Fan plan is no longer Pro will have their program paused. Existing pending commissions are still paid; new sales stop earning commission until the plan is restored.

9. Taxes

Each participant is solely responsible for their own taxes. Commissions are paid gross, with no withholding, unless the law requires otherwise.

Partners act as independent contractors of the Creator, not of Store.Fan. Where reporting is required, it follows from the Stripe account that received the money.

10. Data

A Partner sees the number of clicks, the number of orders, and the commission amounts attributed to them. A Partner never sees a buyer's name, email address, postal address or order contents.

A Creator sees each Partner's public profile, their referral performance, and the commissions owed to them.

11. Suspension and termination

Either side may end a Partner's participation at any time, for any reason. Store.Fan may suspend or remove any program or any Partner, with or without notice, where it believes these Terms have been breached or where continuing would expose Store.Fan, a Creator or buyers to harm, fraud or legal risk.

On termination, links stop earning immediately. Commissions on sales already completed and not refunded remain payable, subject to the reversal rules in section 6.

12. Changes, liability and law

Store.Fan may change these Terms prospectively. Continued participation after a new version takes effect is acceptance of it; material changes are surfaced in the dashboard for re-acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store.Fan is not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost attribution, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from a creator-run affiliate program, and its total liability to any participant in connection with these Terms is limited to the commissions processed for that participant in the three months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: [email protected].
