Questions people actually ask

How does the buyer give me their address?

It's one tap to add. Under the product's order-form questions, choose "Shipping something physical?" and buyers fill in name, street, city, region, postcode and country before they can pay. Country is a dropdown, and for 33 countries the region becomes that country's official list — US states, Canadian provinces, Türkiye's 81 iller — so a mistyped province can't send your piece to the wrong place.

Can I charge for postage?

Yes — a flat delivery fee per product, which you can name (“Standard shipping (2–4 days)”). The buyer sees item, delivery and total before paying, and the fee sits on top even when a discount code is used, because the courier still charges you full freight.

Do you print labels or track parcels?

No, and we won't pretend to. There's no carrier integration, no live rate calculation by weight and no tracking numbers. You pack and post with whoever you already use; Store.Fan takes the payment and hands you a clean address to copy onto the label.

What does it cost?

Starter is $24/mo, Pro $49/mo, both with a 14-day free trial — and Store.Fan takes 0% of your sales on paid plans. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account.
