I'm Nora, a registered dietitian in Seattle. For 9 years I've helped 4,000+ busy parents and professionals prep a week of macro-friendly meals in one 90-minute Sunday session - one list, six ingredients, zero guesswork.

Summer Reset is here! Join my live Prep With Me workshop on Aug 13 - we'll prep a full week of no-oven summer meals together in real time. Only 60 seats, and the spring session sold out in 48 hours. Real food, real macros, real life

I became a dietitian because I watched smart, motivated people fail on plans that were never built for actual lives - plans that assumed you had two free hours a day and a family that eats whatever you eat. After 9 years and 4,000+ clients, I can tell you the secret is not discipline. It is a system: one 90-minute prep window, one grocery list, six core ingredients, five sauces, and meals your kids will actually eat. Everything in this store is that system, packaged at whatever depth you need - a free starter kit, a complete playbook, a full course, or me personally building your plan. No detox teas, no 1,200-calorie punishments, no foods with a moral value attached. Just a calmer kitchen and macros that quietly take care of themselves.

Results from real kitchens

“Down 19 pounds in 4 months without tracking a single meal after the first two weeks. The plate formula rewired how I see food. Sunday prep went from a 3-hour ordeal to 85 minutes - I timed it.”

Melissa T. · Mom of two, Tacoma

“We cut our grocery bill by about $160 a month and stopped ordering weeknight takeout entirely. My 7-year-old asks for the turkey meatballs by name. That has never happened with anything I cooked before.”

Dan K. · Academy graduate

“As a nurse on 12-hour shifts I lived on vending machines. Six weeks into the Academy I hit my protein target 26 days out of 30, and my energy at hour ten of a shift is completely different.”

Priya S. · ICU nurse, Seattle

Good questions

Do I need to count macros to use your plans?+

No. Every plan states the macros per container, and the plate formula gets you within about 10 percent of your targets without weighing anything. If you love tracking, all the numbers are there for you. If you hate it, the system does the counting so you don't have to.

I'm vegetarian, dairy-free, or gluten-free. Will this still work?+

Yes. Every menu includes swap tables - tofu and tempeh for meat, coconut yogurt for the sauce base, and the rice and potato bases are naturally gluten-free. The 1:1 sessions and custom plans are built around your restrictions from the start. The only approach I don't program for is keto, since my method is built on balanced macros.

How much time does this actually take each week?+

Plan on 15 minutes of menu planning on Saturday, one 90-minute prep on Sunday, and an optional 20-minute midweek mini-prep. Most students report their total weekly kitchen time drops by 4-5 hours once the system is running, because weeknight cooking mostly disappears.

What if I buy the course and it's not for me?+

Email me within 14 days for a full refund - no questions, no hoops. I'd rather refund you than have you own a course you won't use. The free starter kit is honestly the best way to test whether my style clicks for you before spending anything.
