@demotheo

I'm Theo, an ADHD productivity coach in Rotterdam. Over the last 8 years I've helped more than 4,000 scattered brains build focus systems that actually stick: no shame, no 47-app stacks, just calm follow-through.

The next live cohort of the Weekly Planning Ritual kicks off August 13. I cap it at 40 people so I can actually answer questions, and 12 seats are left. Grab your spot before Friday or catch the next round in the autumn.

Calm systems for busy, scattered brains

I spent my twenties convinced I was lazy. Turns out I just had an ADHD brain trying to run on productivity systems built for someone else. After my diagnosis at 29 I threw out every guilt-based hack and rebuilt from one question: what actually works when motivation is unreliable and your memory leaks? Everything on this page is the answer I wish someone had handed me years ago. No shame, no 47-app stacks, no white-knuckling. Just small, repeatable systems that survive bad weeks and give you back the calm and follow-through you have been told you are not capable of. Start with the free Brain Dump Blueprint and build from there.

What changed for real people

“I went from missing two deadlines a month to zero. The Daily Three rule is the first thing in fifteen years that survived contact with my actual brain.”

Priya N. · Freelance UX designer, diagnosed at 34

“Theo's weekly ritual gave me back my Sundays. I stopped lying awake rehearsing my to-do list, and my partner noticed within two weeks.”

Marcus DeVries · Software engineer, Amsterdam

“After the 1:1 audit I deleted 30 apps and unsubscribed from 200 emails in one afternoon. My phone finally feels quiet.”

Hannah Okafor · PhD student and ADHD advocate

Questions before you start

Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis to use any of this?+

No. Everything here is built for brains that struggle with focus, follow-through, and overwhelm, whether or not you have a formal diagnosis. If the systems help, they help. That said, nothing I share is medical advice or a substitute for a clinician.

I have bought a dozen productivity tools and quit them all. Why is this different?+

Because these systems assume you will fall off, and they are designed to be easy to restart. The goal is never a perfect streak, it is fast recovery. Most tools shame you into quitting; this approach expects the messy weeks and builds around them.

Do I need a specific app like Notion or Todoist?+

No. Every method works with a single notebook or one plain note on your phone. Fancy apps are optional and often add friction. If you already love a tool, great, but you will never need to buy or learn software to follow along.

How much time does this actually take each week?+

The weekly ritual runs about 30 minutes, and the daily habits add up to roughly 10 minutes. That is the whole commitment. The systems are deliberately small because a heavy system is one an ADHD brain will abandon by Thursday.
