Rescue, propagate, and grow your urban jungle

I've spent 9 years turning a 40 sq ft East London balcony into a 200-plant jungle and rescuing over 1,300 'dying' houseplants. Now I teach renters and small-space growers to keep plants thriving with no garden, no greenhouse, and no green thumb required.

Founding-member pricing for The Greenhouse Club ends Sunday at midnight - the first 40 people lock in $14/mo forever before it rises to $19. Members also get free access to the live Root Rot Surgery workshop on August 20.

Why I rescue plants

I killed my first houseplant - a supermarket fern named Gerald - within three weeks of moving into a dark London flat. Instead of accepting that I 'did not have a green thumb', I got obsessed with why. Nine years later, my 40 sq ft balcony holds over 200 thriving plants, my rescue log has passed 1,300 saved 'lost causes', and I have learned that there is no such thing as a green thumb - there is only diagnosis, light, and patience. Plants do not die from neglect; they die from routines that ignore what the plant is actually saying. My whole job is teaching you to hear it. Everything I sell here follows one rule: it must work in a real rented home with bad light and a busy life, because that is where I learned all of it.

What plant parents say

“My monstera was down to two yellowing leaves when I found Oliver's playbook. Six months after following the root rot surgery chapter, it has fourteen leaves and just unfurled its first fenestrated one.”

Priya S. · Playbook reader, Manchester

“I bought the propagation guide as a hobby thing and ended up rooting 43 cuttings in one spring. Sold half at a local market and the hobby now pays for itself.”

Danny K. · Propagation Blueprint student

“One 45-minute call solved a fungus gnat plague that three months of internet advice had made worse. His written plan arrived the next morning and worked within two weeks.”

Marta L. · 1:1 client, Berlin

Frequently asked questions

I've killed every plant I've ever owned. Will any of this work for me?+

Yes - you are exactly who I make this for. Serial plant killers are almost never careless; they are following bad routines like fixed weekly watering schedules. Start with the free triage checklist, and if a plant is already in trouble, the Rescue Playbook walks you through diagnosis before you touch anything.

My flat gets almost no direct sunlight. Can I still have plants?+

Absolutely. Some of my favorite plants - pothos, ZZ plants, snake plants, aspidistra - genuinely thrive in low light. The Playbook includes a light audit chapter that shows you how to measure what you actually have with a free phone app, and every plant list I publish is sorted by real light requirements, not marketing labels.

Are your recommendations safe for homes with cats and dogs?+

Every plant list in my guides and course flags pet toxicity using the ASPCA database, and I always include a pet-safe alternative. On 1:1 calls and custom design plans, just mention your pets in the intake form and I will only recommend safe species.

How do the PDF guides and course access work?+

Instantly after checkout you get a download link for PDFs and lifetime access to course lessons, including all future updates. Guides are printable and readable on any device. The membership is separate and billed monthly - you can cancel anytime and keep everything you have already downloaded.
